When adding resources to a external executor tool under linux, the files are zipped. When this happens they loose the execution flag. When the cyberintegrator tries to run one of the files it results into a Permission denied error.

Added chmod at the end of setup so that on non-windows systems, files extracted in a temp directory have executable permission.
