Once I've created a parameter, variable, input, or output in the tool wizard I am unable to edit or change it in any way. This forces me to create a new tool every time I want to change anything, or I click "OK" before it was ready/right.

In the latest version you can edit the flag inline in the table, and the rest of the input/output/parameter by selecting it and clicking on the ...

That said, the plan is to make it more consistent with the rest, with an edit button and allowing for double click editing.
